Warranty coverage is product- and manufacturer-specific. The warranty stated on the individual product page or in the documentation supplied with the order controls.
Before purchase
If warranty coverage is important to your purchase, contact sales@vimarines.com with the product name and SKU before ordering. We will confirm the written coverage available for that item. Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify compatible products; their use does not by itself state that VIMARINES is an authorized dealer.
Making a warranty request
Provide the order number, SKU, serial number, installation date, installer details where applicable, a description of the problem, diagnostic information and clear photographs or video. Keep the original proof of purchase and do not dismantle or return the product until instructions are supplied.
Typical exclusions
Unless the written product warranty says otherwise, coverage does not include incorrect installation, misuse, impact, corrosion, water intrusion outside the rated protection, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear, consumables, maintenance items or damage caused by another component.
Resolution
Depending on the applicable written warranty and inspection outcome, the remedy may be technical support, repair, replacement or refund. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
