These Terms govern purchases from the VIMARINES online store, operated from Medan, Indonesia. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Shipping, Returns, Warranty and Privacy policies.
Products and product information
We aim to keep product titles, images, specifications, compatibility and stock information accurate. Manufacturer specifications may change. Customers are responsible for checking dimensions, voltage, fitment and compatibility before installation. Contact us before purchase if confirmation is required.
Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for product identification. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, certification or authorized-dealer status unless that relationship is expressly confirmed in writing.
Pricing, payment and orders
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. The final product total and available payment method are shown before an order is submitted. Payment may be processed by Stripe or PayPal when those gateways are enabled. VIMARINES does not store full card numbers.
An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance. We may contact you to verify stock, product compatibility, delivery details or payment. If we cannot accept an order, any captured payment will be refunded to the original method.
Shipping, taxes and risk
Free standard shipping is available to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada and Australia under our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Import duties and destination taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states they are included. Responsibility for the product passes as required by applicable law and the agreed carrier terms.
Cancellations, returns and warranty
Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch when possible. Eligible returns require authorization within 60 calendar days of delivery and are processed within 10 business days after receipt. Product-specific written warranty terms apply.
Acceptable use and liability
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or use product content unlawfully. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIMARINES is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
