Orders placed before 2:00 PM Western Indonesia Time (WIB) on a business day normally begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on Indonesian public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

VIMARINES works with Nusantara Cargo (NST Cargo) and may use an appropriate last-mile carrier for the destination. A tracking number or shipment reference is emailed after dispatch when tracking is available. Carrier selection depends on parcel size, weight, destination and service availability.
Free shipping, duties and taxes
Free shipping covers the standard transportation charge shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, GST/VAT and other destination-country assessments are not included and remain the recipient’s responsibility. Address accuracy and delivery issues

An address cannot always be changed after dispatch. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and retain the packaging, shipping label and photographs so we can assist with a carrier claim.
