The Phasor KK3-7.0 is a keel-cooled marine diesel generator for vessels requiring 7 kW of 120/240V single-phase 60Hz AC power. It uses a Kubota D1005-E4BG three-cylinder diesel engine operating at 1,800 RPM with a direct-coupled brushless generator and solid-state voltage regulation. The keel-cooled configuration is intended for vessels with a properly engineered closed-loop keel-cooling, grid-cooling, or skin-cooling circuit.
The base generator is open frame, with an optional sound enclosure available separately. Unlike a conventional raw-water heat-exchanger generator, the KK3-7.0 relies on the vessel’s external cooling circuit to reject engine heat. It includes a remote shutdown panel with oil-pressure, coolant-temperature, voltage, and hour-meter gauges, plus automatic protection for low oil pressure and high coolant temperature.
