B&G H5000 Graphic Display

The B&G H5000 Graphic Display is a compact sailing instrument for showing data from an H5000 system or NMEA 2000 network. Its 5-inch color screen gives the helm a dedicated place for wind, heading, performance, and navigation information, leaving the main chartplotter free for charts. It is a sailing instrument display, not a standalone GPS chartplotter or fishfinder.

The 480 x 272 optically bonded screen runs at 1200 nits, so it is designed to remain readable when sunlight is reflecting off the water. One NMEA 2000 connection carries the data, and the average 2.2W draw is modest for a 12V instrument panel. The H5000 system remains central to the display’s capabilities; without compatible network data, the screen cannot create the sailing pages on its own. IPX7 protection suits cockpit mounting.

This high-performance sailing instrument suits racing yachts, cruising sailboats, and B&G H5000 systems that need another data display. It is not ideal as a standalone chartplotter or fishfinder because it depends on network data and has no charting functions.
