The B&G Triton² Pilot Controller and Triton² Digital Display Pack is a dedicated sailing autopilot control and instrument-display package for compatible B&G autopilot systems. It combines a Triton² pilot keypad with a Triton² 4.1-inch optically bonded color digital display, providing autopilot engagement, course adjustment, sailing data, and system-status visibility at the helm. This package is a control and display solution only; it does not include a course computer, steering drive, compass, rudder-feedback sensor, or autopilot core pack.

The Triton² components connect through NMEA 2000 and are designed for low-profile flush mounting. When paired with a compatible B&G autopilot system, the controller supports compass steering, wind steering, Smart Manoeuvre functions such as tack control, and chartplotter-assisted waypoint or route navigation. Those functions require the relevant compatible course computer, heading sensor, wind sensor, steering drive, and navigation data sources.

System Integration

This is not a complete autopilot system. It requires a compatible B&G course computer such as an NAC-2, NAC-3, or H5000 pilot computer, plus a matched steering drive, heading sensor, power circuit, NMEA 2000 backbone, and physical rudder feedback where required. The NAC-2 is generally used for boats up to 35 ft, while the NAC-3 supports larger installations up to approximately 50 ft when paired with a correctly selected drive.

Wind steering requires compatible wind data, and route navigation requires compatible chartplotter, GPS, and network data. Confirm system software compatibility, available NMEA 2000 network capacity, display placement, power supply, and required autopilot components before purchase.

Before Ordering

Confirm a compatible B&G NAC-2, NAC-3, or H5000 pilot computer, selected steering drive, heading sensor, feedback requirement, NMEA 2000 backbone, suitable helm-panel space, rear cable clearance, display and controller software compatibility, required wind-data source, chartplotter navigation source, and complete autopilot-system components before purchase.
