Integration

The DRS25A-NXT/4 requires a compatible Furuno NavNet TZtouch, TZtouch2, TZtouch3, or supported TimeZero display for radar video and control. Ethernet carries radar data, while NMEA 2000 can provide compatible GPS, heading, AIS, autopilot, and vessel-sensor information. Target tracking and radar overlay require reliable heading and position inputs.

Target Analyzer can help indicate relative target movement, but it does not guarantee identification or collision avoidance. The 96 NM rating is an instrumented range rather than a guaranteed detection distance. Radar performance depends on array height, target size, weather, rain, sea clutter, vessel motion, radar settings, and installation quality.
