Integration

The DRS4D-NXT requires a compatible Furuno NavNet TZtouch, TZtouch2, TZtouch3, or supported TimeZero display for radar video and control. Radar data uses Furuno Ethernet, while NMEA 2000 can provide compatible GPS, heading, AIS, autopilot, and sensor information. MARPA, radar overlay, and target tracking require compatible display support and valid heading/position inputs.

Target Analyzer uses Doppler processing to help distinguish relative target movement. Its output depends on correct installation, radar configuration, target movement, weather, clutter, sea state, and display setup. The 36 NM figure is an instrumented range, not a guaranteed target-detection distance.
