Furuno GP170D IMO DGPS Navigator

The Furuno GP-170D is a professional DGPS navigator for commercial vessels that require a dedicated GPS and differential-beacon navigation display. It combines a 5.7-inch VGA color LCD, numeric keypad, internal GPS receiver, and internal IALA-beacon DGPS receiver in one bridge-mounted unit. This is a dedicated navigation device, not a chartplotter, fish finder, radar display, AIS receiver, or ECDIS system.

The GP-170D provides position, course, speed, route, waypoint, and track information, with DGPS capability through its internal beacon receiver. It supports IEC 61162/NMEA 0183 serial connections and IEC 61162-450 Ethernet networking for compatible bridge equipment. System Integration

The GP-170D can provide position, speed, course, time, and navigation data to compatible bridge equipment through its IEC 61162/NMEA 0183 and Ethernet interfaces.
