The Mermaid M6 Cool & Reverse Cycle in 230V trim brings 6,500 BTU of cooling and heating to smaller cabins — cruisers up to 27 feet or sailboats up to 30 feet — using the same compact stainless steel platform as Mermaid’s other single-zone units. It’s built for spaces where a full-size 9,000 or 12,000 BTU system would be overkill.

One unit doing both cooling and heating simplifies wiring and cuts down the number of onboard systems to maintain, compared to pairing a cool-only AC with a separate heat source.
