Minn Kota 1363447 52-inch Riptide SM RT80 Bow-Mount Trolling Motor

Overcoming the harsh realities of coastal fishing, the Minn Kota Riptide SM RT80 with a 52-inch shaft is the industry standard for mid-sized saltwater skiffs. This motor is specifically engineered for American anglers who need a compact yet powerful bow-mount system that delivers manual precision without the need for a foot pedal or GPS module. For the USA captain, the 52-inch shaft provides the ideal submersion depth for bay boats, while the 80 lbs of thrust ensures you can hold your heading against strong outgoing tides and wind-driven currents in any coastal inlet.

The RT80 features the iconic Riptide corrosion resistance package, including fully encapsulated electronics and a sacrificial anode to fight galvanic corrosion. Its simple, bulletproof design means fewer parts to break in the field, making it the go-to choice for guides and commercial-duty recreationalists. This 24V motor offers the American market a high-thrust, ultra-reliable manual motor that excels in stealthy, close-quarters coastal maneuvering.
