Raymarine Axiom Pro 16 RVX – 16-Inch MFD with RealVision 3D

The Raymarine Axiom Pro 16 RVX is a 15.6-inch multifunction display with built-in GPS/GNSS, 1 kW CHIRP sonar, and RealVision 3D sonar capability. Its Full HD IPS SolarMax display combines multi-touch operation with HybridTouch physical controls, while the quad-core platform supports chartplotting and integration with compatible radar, autopilot, cameras, AIS, engine data, and networked marine electronics. A compatible transducer is required for sonar operation.

The RVX version includes the Axiom Pro display and built-in sonar hardware, but electronic charts, transducers, radar scanners, cameras, network accessories, and other connected equipment must be selected separately. It provides dual RayNet Ethernet ports, NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, composite-video input, HDMI output, and two microSD card slots. Confirm the chart ecosystem, selected transducer, required adapters, and full network layout before purchase.

System Integration

The Axiom Pro 16 RVX requires separately selected LightHouse charts and a compatible transducer for navigation and sonar functions. Chart coverage, premium chart features, updates, and subscription access depend on the selected chart product, region, and active service where applicable. The display supports integration with compatible Evolution autopilots, radar scanners, AIS systems, cameras, thermal cameras, engine interfaces, and networked displays through the required RayNet, SeaTalkng/NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, or adapter hardware.

Built-in sonar hardware does not include a transducer. Match the transducer to desired sonar type, hull material, deadrise, transom or through-hull mounting method, vessel speed, operating depth, and connector compatibility. Electronic navigation aids, sonar, and route-planning tools do not replace official charts, safe navigation practices, or a proper lookout.
