The Raymarine Cyclone Pro Radar with 6 Foot Open Array and 15 m Cables, is a high-power solid-state CHIRP pulse-compression marine radar system with a six-foot rotating antenna array. It combines a 110W Cyclone Pro pedestal, six-foot open-array radiator, and 15 m radar cable package for compatible Raymarine multifunction displays using RayNet Ethernet. The system supports Doppler target highlighting, Bird Mode, ARPA tracking, and high-speed rotation up to 100 RPM.

The 6 ft array provides a narrow horizontal beamwidth for improved angular target separation, while the Cyclone Pro platform offers a maximum instrumented range of up to 96 NM. ARPA can track up to 50 targets when paired with compatible heading, position, display, and network sources. Practical target detection range and tracking performance depend on mounting height, target size, radar settings, sea state, weather, and installation conditions.

Radar Integration

This radar requires a compatible Raymarine multifunction display and RayNet Ethernet connection for radar-video display and control. NMEA 2000 or SeaTalkng can provide compatible heading, GPS, AIS, autopilot, and other sensor data, but radar video does not travel over NMEA 2000. ARPA and radar overlay require compatible heading and position sources where applicable.

Doppler processing can help highlight moving targets, and Bird Mode can assist with bird detection, subject to radar configuration, scanner mounting, weather, sea conditions, target movement, and local operating environment. Radar is a navigation aid and does not replace a proper lookout, safe speed, official charts, local notices, or collision-regulation compliance.

Before Ordering
