The Raymarine Quantum Q24C Radar 15 m Power Cable Kit is a power-only cable for compatible Quantum Q24C and Quantum 2 radar scanners. It provides a dedicated 15 m DC power connection between the radar scanner and the vessel electrical system. This cable does not carry radar video or Ethernet data, so wired radar installations require a separate compatible RayNet data cable.

The 15 m cable is suited to installations where the scanner-to-power-source route exceeds shorter cable options. Quantum radar systems can use Wi-Fi for supported wireless radar-display connections or RayNet Ethernet for wired radar networking, depending on scanner and MFD compatibility. Confirm the exact Quantum model, power route, cable length, power supply, and chosen Wi-Fi or wired RayNet configuration before purchase.

Radar Integration

This cable supplies scanner power only. Quantum radar data and control use either compatible Wi-Fi or RayNet Ethernet, depending on the selected radar and MFD installation. SeaTalkng or NMEA 2000 can provide compatible GPS, heading, AIS, autopilot, and sensor data, but radar video does not travel over NMEA 2000.

Confirm whether the complete radar system will use a Wi-Fi connection or a wired RayNet data connection. A compatible Raymarine MFD is required for radar display and operation. Radar is a navigation aid and does not replace a proper lookout, safe speed, official charts, local notices, or collision-regulation compliance.
