SI-TEX SST-110 Sea Temperature Gauge – No Transducer

The SI-TEX SST-110 is a dedicated sea temperature gauge for boats that need a simple, readable water-temperature display at the helm. It does not provide charts, GPS, sonar, or route planning. The large custom digits are intended for quick glances while running or fishing, when the operator needs the temperature without opening another instrument page.

It reads in 0.1-degree F or C increments and uses a backlit display for night viewing. The 2-inch cutout fits a standard installation, while the 10.5-16V DC input suits a 12V boat. NMEA 0183 uses the MTW temperature sentence for data sharing, but the supplied package does not include a transducer. The hardwired leads must be connected to the correct temperature sensor and power wiring during installation.

Who Is This For?

This digital marine temperature gauge suits fishing boats, cruisers, and helms where water temperature is checked frequently. It is not ideal for buyers wanting a chartplotter, fishfinder, or wireless sensor package; it is a temperature-only instrument and the transducer is not included.

The SST-110 is a focused instrument rather than a replacement for an MFD. Its advantage is instant temperature access with low power use and a small 2-inch mounting hole.
