Integration

The package includes its own dedicated radar display, so a separate MFD is not required for core radar viewing and control. ATA functions, heading-up orientation, radar overlay, AIS presentation, and other navigation-dependent features may require compatible external GPS, heading, speed, or AIS data sources.

The 48 NM rating is an instrumented range, not a promise of detection at that distance. Target size, radome height, weather, rain clutter, sea state, nearby structures, scanner alignment, and radar settings all affect practical results.
