Vexilar FLX-28 Pro Pack Elite Fishing System w/Pro View Ice-Ducer & Vexilar Lithium Battery

The Vexilar FLX-28 Pro Pack Elite, model PPEL28PVLI, is a portable ice-fishing flasher system for real-time vertical sonar beneath the ice. It combines the FLX-28 five-color LED flasher, 200 kHz nine-degree Pro-View Ice-Ducer, Pro Pack Elite carrier, 12V 9Ah lithium battery, and one-amp charger. This is a sonar-only fishing system and does not include GPS, maps, waypoint storage, chartplotter functions, NMEA networking, or wireless connectivity.

The FLX-28 provides digital depth, Auto Range, two zoom zones, five display palettes, low-power mode, weed mode, adjustable gain, 20 interference-rejection settings, and a stated maximum depth range of 300 ft. The narrow nine-degree Pro-View beam is suited to anglers who want more focused coverage below the ice. Target identification of less than one-quarter inch depends on depth, gain, interference, bottom conditions, and transducer alignment.

System Integration

The FLX-28 Pro Pack Elite is a self-contained portable flasher system and does not require a chartplotter, GPS antenna, NMEA 2000 network, external sonar module, or separate transducer. The supplied Pro-View Ice-Ducer is designed for vertical sonar use through an ice hole.

Use the gain, depth range, Auto Range, zoom, low-power mode, and interference-rejection settings according to water depth, lure position, bottom type, nearby sonar activity, and target separation needs. This device does not provide location, mapping, route, or waypoint functions.
