The Phasor SEP-7.0 is a radiator-cooled diesel generator for applications requiring 7 kW of 120/240V single-phase 60Hz AC power. It uses a Kubota D1005-E three-cylinder diesel engine operating at 1,800 RPM with a direct-coupled brushless generator and solid-state voltage regulation. Unlike a raw-water heat-exchanger or keel-cooled generator, this open-skid model rejects heat through its integral radiator and engine-driven cooling fan.
The generator is suited to installations with sufficient airflow for the radiator and engine compartment. It includes a remote instrument panel with oil-pressure, coolant-temperature, voltage, and hour-meter gauges, plus automatic shutdown for low oil pressure and high coolant temperature. A complete installation requires fuel plumbing, exhaust, ventilation, starting battery, AC distribution, grounding, and shore-power transfer isolation.
