Add receive-only AIS targets to a navigation computer or compatible chartplotter with the Digital Yacht AIS100P Pro USB Receiver. Its dual-channel AIS receiver listens to both AIS frequencies at once and sends data through USB or NMEA 0183, making it a practical choice for boaters who want traffic information without transmitting their own vessel position. Need a simple wired AIS feed for a PC, Mac, chartplotter, or onboard navigation display? The AIS100P Pro is USB-powered, compact, and designed for dry below-deck installation.

Integration

The AIS100P Pro needs a suitable AIS/VHF antenna or approved antenna splitter, along with compatible navigation software, chartplotter, or computer. It is not an AIS transceiver, VHF voice radio, GPS receiver, radar, chartplotter, or emergency beacon. Because it is receive-only, it does not make the boat visible to other AIS-equipped vessels.

AIS reception depends on antenna height, antenna quality, coaxial condition, local radio interference, vessel location, and the accuracy of transmissions from other AIS users. AIS does not show every vessel, marker, floating object, or navigational hazard and should be used with radar, charts, a proper lookout, and safe navigation practices.

Before Ordering

Confirm PC/Mac/chartplotter software compatibility, available USB and NMEA 0183 inputs, AIS antenna or splitter needs, protected mounting space, required cable lengths, and whether receive-only AIS meets the vessel’s operational requirements before ordering.
