Garmin STRIKER Vivid 5cv Fishfinder Ice Fishing Bundle

The Garmin STRIKER Vivid 5cv Ice Bundle combines a 5-inch WVGA color fishfinder with a GT8HW-IF high-wide CHIRP ice transducer, portable bag, rechargeable battery, charger, and foam float. It is built for anglers who want a portable ice fishing sonar setup with a flasher view, waypoint marking, and Quickdraw Contours. The compact display is easy to carry between holes or temporary fishing locations.

The 800 x 480 screen gives enough room for flasher and sonar information, while the GT8HW-IF transducer is suited to ice fishing. The included battery removes the need for permanent boat wiring, and Quickdraw Contours can record mapping information while operating. ClearVü is supported with an optional transducer according to the supplied data. This is a portable Garmin fishfinder, not a large fixed marine chartplotter.

Who Is This For?

This Garmin ice fishing fishfinder suits ice anglers and freshwater fishermen who want a portable setup with GPS waypoint marking. It is not ideal for offshore boating or buyers seeking a permanent marine network; the package is built around portable ice fishing.

Warranty & Support

Garmin provides a 1-year limited warranty. The supplied specifications do not state warranty exclusions or service procedures.

The STRIKER Vivid 5cv Ice Bundle is the portable Garmin choice for anglers who want a battery-powered ice setup with GPS functions. Its trade-off is that it is less suited to permanent boat use and ClearVü requires an optional transducer. Choose it for ice fishing and portable freshwater sonar, not for an offshore chartplotter installation.
