The Hatteland Series X G2 19 MVD is an industrial marine monitor for a bridge, pilothouse, or control console using a separate chartplotter, radar computer, ECDIS, or camera source. Its 19-inch touchscreen gives operators more working area than a small panel display, while the 4:3 SXGA format suits older marine systems and equipment that still outputs 1280 x 1024.

The 350 cd/m² brightness is intended for controlled bridge conditions rather than direct tropical sunlight. DVI-D, DisplayPort, HDMI, and VGA accept the main video sources listed, and USB carries touch data. SCOM provides the listed serial communication interface. Multi-power input accepts 115/230V AC or 24V DC, which helps when the monitor is being fitted into a shipboard electrical system. The front is IP66 protected, but the rear is IP22 and needs a sheltered enclosure.

Who Is This For?

This industrial marine monitor suits enclosed bridges, workboats, and control stations using an SXGA source. It is not ideal for an exposed open helm or a buyer expecting onboard charts, GPS, or sonar; the rear is IP22 and all navigation functions come from the connected source system.

Warranty & Support

Hatteland Technology provides a 2-year standard warranty. The supplied specifications do not state warranty exclusions or service procedures.

The Hatteland 19 MVD is the practical choice when an existing bridge system needs a larger SXGA touchscreen without changing the source equipment. It uses less power and panel space than the 24-inch model, but the 4:3 aspect ratio is less suited to modern widescreen layouts. Choose it for a compatible commercial marine source and a protected installation.
