The Raymarine Micronet Race Master System is a solar-powered wireless sailing display package for crews who want heading, race timing, and tactical data without running conventional instrument wiring to the display. Its dual-line segmented LCD is designed for quick reading from the cockpit, while the proprietary Micronet network connects it to compatible wireless sailing sensors and instruments.

The 20mm upper digits and 10mm lower digits make the display easier to read at a glance, and three backlight levels help during night racing. Solar charging supports up to 300 hours without sun according to the supplied data, which gives the crew useful reserve during poor weather. The unit is IPX8 submersible and bracket mounted. NMEA data requires the optional T122 gateway, so it is not a direct wired NMEA 2000 instrument.

Who Is This For?

This wireless race display system suits racing yachts and performance sailboats using compatible Micronet equipment. It is not ideal for a general navigation installation, because it has no charts and uses proprietary wireless communication rather than a direct wired NMEA connection.

Warranty & Support

Raymarine provides a 2-year standard warranty. The supplied specifications do not state warranty exclusions or service procedures.

The Micronet Race Master System is the more complete choice than the individual Race Master display when the boat needs a compatible wireless sailing setup. The trade-off is ecosystem dependence: the display works within Micronet rather than acting as a universal NMEA instrument. Choose it for tactical racing data and solar-powered simplicity, not for charting or fishfinding.
