The Veratron OceanLink 4.3 TFT Master is a compact multi-data gateway for displaying engine, tank, depth, and vessel information in one small instrument. It connects NMEA 2000, J1939, and analog data sources, making it useful on boats with mixed engine and marine electronics. This is an instrument display, not a chartplotter, radar screen, or fishfinder.

The 480 x 272 transmissive TFT uses optically bonded construction for sunlight readability, while the 4.3-inch size fits a standard instrument area without taking over the dash. It runs from 8-28V DC and draws less than 300mA at 12V, so it is easy to include in a 12V or 24V boat system. Depth can be shown through NMEA 2000, while the J1939 and EasyLink connections help bring different data sources together.

Who Is This For?

This NMEA 2000 marine instrument suits cruisers, workboats, and multi-engine boats that need a compact engine and vessel-data display. It is not ideal for buyers looking for charts, GPS navigation, or sonar imaging; its role is data monitoring.

Warranty & Support

Veratron provides a 2-year standard warranty. The supplied specifications do not state warranty exclusions or service procedures.

The OceanLink 4.3 is the right choice when the boat needs compact engine and vessel data rather than another large MFD. Its advantage is combining NMEA 2000, J1939, and analog information in one small display. The trade-off is scope: it has no charting or sonar, so it should complement a chartplotter rather than replace one.
