Vexilar FLX-18 Pro Pack II Fishing System w/12 Degree Ice-Ducer & DD-100

The Vexilar FLX-18 Pro Pack II, model PPX1812D, is a portable three-color ice-fishing flasher system with a 200 kHz 12-degree Ice-Ducer and DD-100 digital depth indicator. It shows real-time sonar returns beneath the ice and adds digital depth, battery status, Auto Zoom, and Bottom Lock functions. This is a sonar-only fishing system and does not include GPS, maps, waypoint storage, chartplotter functions, NMEA networking, or wireless connectivity.

The system includes the FLX-18 flasher, 12-degree Ice-Ducer, DD-100 digital depth and battery indicator, Pro Pack II carrier, 12V 9Ah sealed lead-acid battery, and charger. It provides 50W RMS and 400W peak-to-peak sonar output with a stated maximum depth range of 200 ft. The narrower 12-degree cone helps focus sonar coverage below the fishing hole.

System Integration

The FLX-18 Pro Pack II is a standalone portable sonar flasher. It does not require a chartplotter, GPS receiver, NMEA 2000 backbone, external sonar module, or other vessel electronics. The supplied 12-degree Ice-Ducer is intended for vertical use beneath the ice.

Adjust gain, range, and zoom according to water depth, lure position, target separation, bottom type, and nearby sonar interference. The DD-100 provides depth and battery information, but the system does not support maps, routes, waypoints, GPS position, or navigation functions.
