Boats with three independent cabins needing a properly sized central chiller without excess capacity find a good match in the Webasto C27, delivering 27,000 BTU/h from a compact 88 lb unit. This small central chiller three cabins system is positioned between Webasto’s smallest and mid-capacity C-Series options.

Interestingly, this unit’s locked rotor amperage (54A) matches the figures published for Webasto’s much larger C81 and C108 models — a detail that likely reflects a shared compressor platform used across several capacity tiers in the C-Series lineup, which is common practice for manufacturers standardizing on proven components.

Why Choose the Webasto C27

This unit carries Webasto’s standard 2-year warranty. Unlike several other listings in this lineup, this product page’s naming is internally consistent, which simplifies confirming you’re ordering the correct part number.

What to Know Before Installing

This chiller requires separately specified air handlers (Webasto’s A-Series) distributed to each independent zone
Ships via freight given the 88 lb weight; commercial delivery address required
Professional installation and electrical planning is strongly recommended
