Share Class B AIS traffic and your vessel position across wired and wireless navigation devices with the Digital Yacht iAISTX Plus. Its 2W CSTDMA AIS transmitter, integrated Wi-Fi, and NMEA 2000 support make it a practical fit for boats that use a chartplotter at the helm and tablets or PCs elsewhere onboard. Need AIS data without running a separate cable to every display? The iAISTX Plus supports Wi-Fi access-point or client modes alongside NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183 connections in a compact below-deck enclosure.

Integration

The iAISTX Plus requires a dedicated AIS/VHF antenna or a manufacturer-approved antenna splitter, correctly programmed MMSI and static vessel data, and a compatible MFD, chartplotter, PC, tablet, or navigation app. It is not a VHF voice radio, radar, chartplotter, EPIRB, or collision-avoidance guarantee.

Class B CSTDMA AIS reporting intervals vary with vessel speed and operating conditions. Wi-Fi data sharing depends on device compatibility, network settings, signal path, interference, and software configuration. AIS data depends on VHF coverage and other vessels transmitting accurate information, and it does not show every vessel or navigational hazard.

Before Ordering

Confirm Class B AIS suitability, MMSI registration, AIS antenna or splitter needs, NMEA 2000/NMEA 0183 compatibility, desired Wi-Fi setup, GPS antenna requirements, 12V/24V power capacity, and protected mounting space before ordering.
